Comment:    A fairly windy month with 25 days of Strong Wind (which includes 10 days of Gale force wind). The cumulative wind run for the month of 26730 km is just shy of being a November record. While everybody is saying how dry it is on the plateau, yet again we experianced average precipitation for the month, falling on 24 of the 30 November days. Despite the high number of days with Snow and Hail recorded, temperatures have been fairly mild during the month, with only 4 Frost nights recorded. And finally, average daily sunshine hours were above average for November. To sum up... a positively balmy month!                       Snr Observer: Tim James
